Management is a skill and not a role in any field .Management does not come to people by going into b schools .It is by effective practice and learning from the mistakes. Management applies to sports in maintaining the team effectively .There are two kind of managers engaged with team sports .One manager to manage the administrative responsibilities like transport, boarding and loading of the players. Auto Transport would help in providing sophisticated transport. The other manager used to guide the players for the betterment of the team.
